What I did with my Rusty Pickle & G45 paper

The past few days, despite being busy with all my other work, I managed to squeeze in some time to do a few things.... LOL.... I made a portable photo album (more like pocket to me) from the Rusty Pickle Island Summer paper, and a ATC from the G45 Antiquity paper. I made two thingies in a week! That's a sign of achievement. Hopefully today and tomorrow, I'll get a bit more time to do some stuff. I have all my photos ready, but to find scrapping time is like almost impossible some days. So much to do, so little time... Here's a peek of what I did. Not fantastic, but I like it all the same.

This is my photo pocket.... Simple but easy to carry along with me. Easy to make, doesn't take too much time and that's why still looks a bit bare, cos I was rushing to finish it up. Maybe will embellish it a little more when I have more time.

Guest Designer - Rachel Clarke

Introducting Rachel Clarke, our guest designer for Kinda Sweet. We are very happy to have her on board and hopes she has a great time with us, as we are sure we will with her. Hi, I'm Rachel, stay at home Mum to two very energetic kids, Aaron (3 years) and Maddison (1 year) and wife to Lyndon of 13 years. We moved to KL from New Zealand in November 2007.

I started card making with rubber stamps in the late 90's and scrapbooking has evolved from that. I used to put my photos into my own bound black page albums for a number of years, but "proper" (if there is such a thing) scrapbooking was something I started around 2002/2003. The last 4 years scrapbooking has taken a bit of a backseat as I had a little card making business from home. So this year I have enjoyed scrapping again and making small inroads into the mountainous pile of photographs I have waiting to be scrapped. The kids, family events and everyday life is what I tend to scrap and I would say my scrapping style is whatever I feel like at the time :-)

I'm excited and honoured to be a guest designer for Kinda Sweet and am very much looking forward to working with their kits.
